Having a baby is a happy time for new moms! But for some moms it can turn into something worse!
Dads helping out with a new baby can prevent new moms from having severe postpartum depression!
This is what happens when a new mom doesn’t get help or enough rest. But the end result could lead to postpartum psychosis if this mom doesn’t get enough rest!!
The mothers that you see are stressed out from dealing with a new baby. This is when postpartum depression can become severe or even turn to postpartum psychosis!

Anger, Fear and/or feeling guilt.
Feeling disconnected from the baby.
Possible suicide thoughts.
Difficulty concentrating/making decisions. Inadequacy as a person/parent.
Agitation and/or persistent anxiety.
Feeling a loss of control.
Lack of interest in usual activities.
Feeling worthlessness.
Lack of concern of personal appearance.
