The statement is false. Terrible things occur due to fate, which occurs due to one’s own decisions. The Holocaust for example, Hitler made the decision to enslave Jews and other undesirables, which ultimately led to their demise. It was Hitler’s decision to purge Germany, and his decisions had an impact on multiple families across Europe. Fate does not occur without reason. Fate is simply the result of an action or an occurrence. The idea that fate is an end destination is not wrong, but inaccurate. Fate is simply the result of actions taken over the journey. For example, in a choose your own adventure book or game, any sort of action has a consequence which ends up leading
to different endings. Fate is not a linear storyline which only has one ending. Fate is simply the end result of one’s actions which are always subject to change.
“Loyalty becomes fanaticism when……..”
Loyalty is fanaticism when one can forget his or her morals in order to follow the leader. This is stated many times in Orwellian books such as Animal Farm and 1984 where animals and humans followed whatever their parties said without thinking respectively. Many of these examples exist in real life too. Organizations such as the American Nazi Party, the KKK, Black Lives Matter, and Communist Parties have people who do anything their leaders tell them to or follow anything their leaders tell them to follow without thinking for themselves. It is very concerning to see the path our civilization takes when we put our entire faith into government to solve our problems, or realize too late when we let government body get ahold of power. One fine example is the NAZI (National Socialist German Worker’s Party) party in Germany. All soldiers and civilians followed Hitler’s lies without stopping to think for themselves the ramification of their actions. That is when loyalty become fanaticism.
