Who Is A'son In 'A Rupee Earned'?
In the short story, A Rupee Earned by I.F. Bulatkin, I share a similar experience to the “lazybones” son. In A Rupee Earned, the son, learns an important lesson about the value of hard work, when his father tells him to earn one rupee to gain his inheritance.
After failing two attempts of trying to trick his father into making him think that he worked hard to earn one rupee, the son realizes that nothing else will work.
