Hi Amanda, I also had a hard time picking two elements. I like the examples that you provided for both of your elements. I can relate to your story & example for competent parties because my gradmother had Alzheimer before she died 7 years ago. This is a good example of why competent parties are so important because in the case of an alzheimer or anyone who might have a mental disability, they're in need of guardian who can make those decisions for them. Great
