"Keep walking and don't stare at them, buddy." Pulling Chanyeol closer to him before quickening his pace, his father began to speak again after passing by his neighbor without sparing a glance, "Sometimes, it's better not to get involved with other people's business." his father's words went in one ear and out the other, he was nine years old at that time, the words that his father spoke didn't make a single impact on his mind.

appearance on one of the headlines on the newspaper, and within a span of 3 days, he was a monster's son. His neighbor that was being bullied was found dead in the same alley that Chanyeol and his father walked past. There was a CCTV near the crime scene, fortunately they caught the wrongdoers, but unfortunately, they caught Chanyeol and his father as well. The CCTV footage showed a clear image of Chanyeol looking at the teenager that was being beaten before ignoring it completely due to his father's words. His father was called a monster, a murderer, for ignoring the poor boy that was being beaten to death, they said he could've prevented his death if he had called the police, stop them from attacking him, or at least something that could've saved a life.
Everywhere he went, adults would whisper to each other, kids would start staring and their parents would start pulling them away from him. Everywhere that this father went, they would call him names and give him disapproving looks. There was no one around Chanyeol and his father anymore. Friends and relatives would walk away from them when they ask for help. Managing to raise Chanyeol up alone was already difficult enough for his father, but with all of the hate that he received, it just seems like his gray hair was growing quicker than anything else.
Even throughout his high school years, Chanyeol was called heartless by nearly everyone in his school.
Wherever he went he couldn't escape his past, his classmates would dig it up and spread it like wildfire. The question that Chanyeol asked his father when he was 9, appeared in his head again when he was left bruised and scratched behind the school's building. "Why do bad things happen to good people?" if he hadn't taken that path home, he wouldn't be treated like a monster by his classmates and people around him.
After Chanyeol graduated from high school, his father fell ill and the medical bills were just too much for Chanyeol to handle himself. No one would hire him, even if he went looking for jobs from a foreigner due to his records of fighting and troubles in his high school years. That's when the hacking started for Chanyeol, it was a thing Chanyeol did for fun after graduating from college and having nothing to do. But when he realized the things he could do with his ability, it took him nearly one second to get
started.
He started out with doing small jobs for big businesses such as hacking into someone's private information to steal important documents, breaking to banks' security cameras systems to freeze the image, or to take important personal videos and pictures and sell them off to blackmailers. It wasn't long after that he decided to join Blood Feather after hearing about them from others around him. Now that Chanyeol made a fortune from doing dirty jobs, he started living a laid back life and did his job whenever he was asked to. He sent his father to Seoul's hospital to get treated, away from the underground war of Incheon.
