Why Did Brian The Last Truffula Seed?
This is the story about what happened after the Once-ler gave Brian the last Truffula seed. When The Once-ler gave Brian the truffula tree seed, he knew it was all up to him to keep the last Truffula seed safe. Brian didn’t know what to do with the seed and, he didn’t know what was best for it.
When Brian was walking on the sidewalk, he sees his friend Philbert and knows he is a trustworthy friend so he decides to ask him for advice. “Hey Philbert, I got the last Truffula Tree seed and I was wondering if you had some advice on what to do with the seed?” Philbert says, “Well.. you could grow a lot of trees and use the tuft to make a cool product and make a lot of money from it would be cool”. Brian says, “Yeah that would be so cool! We could be business partners and make so much money, we could be millionaires or even billionaires!” Brian and Philbert start to fantasize about all the money and things he could have by making a product with the tree tuft. Brian says his goodbyes to Philbert and starts to head home.
When he gets home he goes straight to his room and stares at the seed. Suddenly his phone rings and sees that his friend Carol is calling and picks up. Brian says, “Hey Carol ” Carol says, …show more content…
“Hey how’s it going? I was bored so I decided to call you since, you are one of my best friends.” “Yeah you are one of my best friends but, guess what I found?” Carol statically answers “What did you find? Was it something cool?!” Brian says, “I have the last Truffula seed and with this I might be able to restore the ecosystem and bring all the animals back! Me and Philbert are going to be business partners and make a product out of the tree tuft. Brian starts talking about the product and thinking of cool possibilities like making it recyclable and reusable. Carol is very excited about this plan and hopes it will work out. Carol worryingly says “Philbert might want to take the seed or even take the profit from the business, but shouldn’t we just use alternative energy like solar panels and wind turbines?” But her question was left unanswered.
Brian starts to think about these possibilities and believes that Philbert could do these things.
Brian ends the conversation and calls Philbert. “Hey Philbert I don’t really think your ideas are such good ones, we should come up with some other ideas” Philbert becomes suspicious then wants to know what Brian thinks about this. Brian explains to Philbert how they should conserve the trees for a better environment. Philbert gets angry and decides to take action himself. Brian ends the call with Philbert and goes to sleep. During the night Philbert goes to Brian’s house and tells his parents that he left something there. Philbert goes up to Brian’s room and took the seed as he was sleeping. Philbert tells Brian’s parents that he got what he needed and thanked
them.
The next morning Brian finds out that the seed was gone and went to talk to his parents. They told him Philbert came and took something he left here and Brian knew that he took it. Brian decides to talk to Carol and plan a way to get the seed back. Carol says that she knows where Philbert’s secret place to hang out is. They think that he would hide the seed there so they went off towards the direction. When they reach Philbert’s hide out they go in. As Carol and Brian entered, Carol grabbed Brian. Brian knew that Carol was secretly on Philbert’s side. Carol and Philbert soon leaves the room and gives Brian time to think. Brian sees the seed on the other side of the room and tries to go there without getting caught. Brian grabs the seed and leaves without getting caught.
Brian goes to a place where no one goes to plant the seed. Brian plants the last seed and checks on it everyday. The tree soon begins to grow into a beautiful truffula tree. He gets more seeds from the tree he plants and creates his own land of truffula trees. He soon allowed people to visit his land but no one was allowed to chop down the trees. When the trees grew animals came back. Animals such as Brown Bar-ba-loots, Swomee-Swans, Humming-Fish. All the people around were amazed at all the animals that came. In the end everyone helped grow the truffula trees and lived in a beautiful environment.
