Anyhow , the United States only had a few assumptions of what was going to occur but necessarily didn’t know the huge amount of impact little boy would have so of course the only way to know was to give it a first try and drop it on japan which was the way to fight back after the attack on pearl harbor. Japanese civilians knew that after the attack on pearl harbor the U.S would definitely fight back and there was a lot of talk going on about this during the time, unfortunately they had no way of knowing how and when they would strike. As civilians they thought if the U.S did choose to fight it would be with the japanese military which made more sense. Sadly , that was not the way things turned out because the bombs landed in cities where it was resolved solely on civilians which meant innocent lives were to be taken such as children,mothers,fathers, and grandparents. It’s heartbreaking to know that thousands of innocent lives were taken in a matter of seconds and there was nothing that could ever bring them back , they just simply vanished. It’s even more sad to know that the remaining civilians barley even made it out alive there were people whose skin was falling off and were in immense pain due to the burns many faced. After theses explosions all people wanted was to find their family and seek medical help as soon as possible but out of Hiroshima’s 150 doctors, 85 were dead, there were not enough doctors to treat them which caused hundreds to die while waiting for medical attention.
