Why Do Water Boils

If i were to boil different liquids i would get many different results. But that is the whole point. With many of the liquids i will be trying they will be varying in density and other things. As far as i know water would seem to boil faster. As it has a boiling point of 212 degrees fahrenheit. That is just the boiling point of the water with nothing else. But when you boil different things with other stuff like sugar and where acidity levels are different you get other results. It may boil slower or faster depending on what is the liquid made of. Last year my project was what type of water boils faster. It was sugar. If this is the case maybe soda will boil faster. Or maybe not seeing that the liquid is more dense. Unless it is more like carbonated water. Then it will be just like boiling normal water, But the carbonation could affect it. According to reddit carbonated water does boil faster or at lower boiling point. This could be since there are more air in the water making it where it is a lower point of boiling. With the other liquids i will be testing they may have different variables that affect the boiling point. Like sugar levels, Acidity, etc. Like with the coke it has a higher sugar level than most liquids. This makes it more dense with makes it boil slower. Or with something acidic like vinegar. While it may be good for many things it may be able to boil fast since it in very acidic. Acidic things boil faster than non acidic things. It boils faster because what it is made of like the ph in water. ph is a measure of hydrogen ion concentration; a measure of the acidity or alkalinity of a solution.
