Why Do Women's Prostitution Be Victims Of Crime
Although prostitution is unlawful, women who are prostituting can still be victims of crime; crimes such as physical and sexual abuse. Women’s prostitutes have the right to report offenses committed against them; however, they may be frightened to come forward for numerous of reasons. For example, they may fear retaliation, fear of being arrested, or fear of not being believed.
Women who prostitute are not only victims of violence by pimps and customers; but also drugs use, alcoholism, and selling drugs. They are involved in non-drug crimes; such as, particularly property crime. Women’s prostitutes may also develop psychological issues from certain experiences, that may last through life. Some may even go through experiences that may result
