The first problem is without a break people tend to get worn down. For example, what is happening today in sports is a boy plays hockey all his life, which if you do not know is an all or nothing type of sport, players either attend every camp and practice possible, or fall behind everyone, by the time this boy gets through high school he will not want to go play for any colleges or junior leagues because he is worn out. Athletes are being pushed too hard and so often. Summer jobs also a big part of my problem. Another example is I make a calendar for this summer with all my sports, I then give the calendar to my work, which is very flexible with my sports, but this year I have so many sports that I can only work two or three shifts a week. The first part that I want to solve is to have summer sports be limited to a certain amount during the summer. There is already a thing called the no contact week, which is where the actual coach of a sport can not coach their players. During this week, no coach at all can coach a player, if a player wants to practice themselves that is totally okay, but no coach can help or watch them (Mortenson, 2017). There is also a period of time in the summer, where the actual coach of a sport can not coach, but somebody else can coach (MSHSL, 2017). I want to get rid of this rule because if the actual coach cannot coach then why should anyone be able to. The second thing I want to solve is different sports making their schedules together. If the summer sports coordinated the schedules, then summer sports would not be too bad. There are some days this summer where I have to pick whether or not I will be going to basketball, volleyball, or work. If the coaches made their schedules together, then this problem would not be an
