Why I Fail Test
I am writing this letter to tell you because I think you should allow me to do a redo on a test so I can achieve a higher mark than I previously have. With that mark I can pass the course and be successful. You should give me this opportunity because firstly, I need a higher mark in the class so I can pass. I have a 43 present in the class right now and I need at least a 50 percentage to pass the course if you let me do this retest I can hopefully score a higher mark than the one I had previously to bump my mark a little to pass this course. To be honest, my goal is to get higher than 55 which is kind of impossible, but I will try my best on the exam to get a mark that I want. Secondly, I don’t want to fail this course because if I fail, it will go on my transcript. …show more content…
Plus, this is an open course it is counted towards my average, so it will drop my average if I fail, and universities have a certain requirement to be met to be anccepted to that university. I need this credit because after high school, I want to go into business and become a business man and run a business it will be a asset to have this course. Lastly, I need this chance because I was on vacation and due to that I missed quite a bit of work which put me back and also that was in the beginning so it was the basis of the course. Going on vacation and not catching up was my fault because I could have asked for extra help or even catch up on the notes/stuff I had missed. Due to my vacation, I was quite weak in this course. I just need to have one last opportunity to boost my mark, which I for sure you will try my best

Through the United Daughters of the Confederacy and other organizations, they built monuments, made speeches, held commemorations, cared for wounded veterans and widows, and oversaw the writing of school textbooks. Their influence on public perceptions of the period was profound. They helped create the Old South of Gone with the Wind, with its mint juleps, fine houses, beautiful belles, kind masters, and happy slaves. They contributed to the vilification of Reconstruction as an era of corruption, debauchery, and violence. They also unflinchingly portrayed the violent overthrow of democratic reforms as honorable acts that were necessary to ‘redeem’ the…

If you are residing outside EST while taking this course it is your responsibility to calculate your local time that corresponds to EST. Late Work Policy: The specified deadline is the last possible moment by which you may submit the required work for credit. Once the deadline has passed, any due work that remains uncompleted at that time will result in a zero for that/those assignments. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you find you are unable to keep the required pace of this course, you should reconsider your enrollment. You are encouraged to discuss your situation with the instructor. Please note specifically that last minute “computer problems” are neither unforeseeable nor unavoidable. Protect yourself from such an unfortunate event by avoiding procrastination and having a back-up plan should your computer suffer an untimely crash: friend, relative or neighbor, internet cafe, local library or college campus. Grading Policy: Your final grade in this course will correspond to the percentage of points earned on quizzes and discussions. The following grading scale will apply to your total point percentage: A+ [100-97%]; A [96-90%]; B+ [89-87%]; B [86-80%]; C+ [79-77%]; C [7670%]; D+ [69-67%]; D [67-60%]; F [59-0%]. It is equally important that you realize your grade represents only your specific performance in this…

I am writing this letter for readmission to the college. I realize the importance of education for my future career, and I also realize the need for aligning my professional strivings with educational achievements. Unfortunately, the period between 2012 and 2014 turned out to be a complete educational failure to me. I did not devote time to my studies; as a result, I failed classes. I was naive and did not make myself aware of the value that comes from learning. I let myself become too concern with emotional issues that later became too much for me to handle alone and on inefficient time management. I was not mature enough then to seek help for the struggles I was facing. I blame nobody but myself for my poor academic…

Do you know anyone in your class who never passes their Spelling test? Well, I do and that person is me! In grade one, I couldn’t spell. So whenever my teacher gave a Spelling test, I would always fail. The children in my class teased me and called me nasty names like ‘dumby.’ I knew that if I kept failing my Spelling tests, automatically I would get teased and I would feel upset, miserable and awful. Being a horrible speller and being teased was my misfortune and it lasted all the way into grade two. But I had enough. I knew I could become a strong, A plus speller if I would just concentrate and study more. I knew I could do it and this became my goal.…
