I considered this collage due to their high enrollment numbers of 500 per year and the room and board are absolutely beautiful and not too expensive at the price of 39,000 per year and that’s very important to me. This collage offers 10 different degrees in each course you take! That is amazing, you can take two different courses and still graduate on time, you can still major in each of those fields as well. The part that really jumped out at me was the extra curriculums such as, power sport engine testing, test driving, electrical engineering, and lunch of your choice at your choice of

Interchanges are essential to freeway operation. They control access and handle the movement of traffic between roadways. Unfortunately, interchanges are inferior in design to the freeways and contribute to collisions. Interchanges cause collisions because of the likelihood of increased speed differentials between the freeway mainlines, ramp junctions, and ramps. Interchanges can also be attributed to accidents because vehicles need to change lanes in a limited area in and around interchanges in order to merge and diverge. Often, more than one lane change can occur in a very short time.…

In five or so years I hope to be settled into a job as a dental hygienist. Preferably a job in Rutherford county or surrounding areas. I became interested in the career field in high school after speaking to the hygienist at my dentist office. She was extremely supportive and truthful about what to expect out of this career path. I have also completed 40 hours of job shadowing that have also given me information on what to expect. While most of my activities in my youth consisted of mainly sports, they taught me things such as control, patiences and using my intuition that can be utilized in my future career. Some of these things might include when a hygienist needs steady hands to scrap the plaque off of teeth and not damage anything. Another instance would be knowledge of how to properly use the tools for the job. Patiences will come in handy when working with smaller children. For me to be able to do this as a career I must attend a technical school and obtain a degree in dental hygiene. It takes around 2 years to complete the program. I will be attending Wake Tech in Raleigh not only because I enjoy the area, but their program timeline fits best for me. I would like to have steady employment in 10 years and be able to travel the world. A job with flexible hours is very important to me since I desire an active lifestyle. The typical dentist hours allow for this which is a perk of my future job.…

Additionally, the career path that I have chosen for myself is the path of being a computer hardware engineer. The reason being is that I like work with computers and electrical systems. For me working with computers would be amazing because I could have a part in designing and building computers not just for consumer use but also for the private sectors in the government. Also, I chose this path because it not only provides very well with the median college graduate salary being $75,000. It also is projected to have one million more job openings than graduates to go into this field. This makes it nearly impossible for me not to be employed at any given time. Plus, if I ever became tired of working with computers which I do not see happening it would be easy to switch to an electrical engineering job to work with other things such as cars and airplanes. The reason being is that they both take the same electrical courses in college to obtain their respective degrees. This is a perfect path because I have wanted to do this job for as long as I could remember.…
