Benjamin franklin was many things, including an inventor, his inventions helped better everyone’s lives for the better and they will never be forgotten, in fact, remnants of his inventions are still used in technologies today. He wrote books and invented things that people still use today, and will keep on using probably forever. He was also one of our founding fathers. Ben contributed a lot to our society and we will forever remember him. He invented many things including bifocals, the Franklin stove, and a flexible catheter. He also proved that electricity was not just god’s wrath, but it was a source of power and it could be used for extraordinary things. He had three children, and he loved them with all of his heart. Although he lived in the colonies, Franklin was a Londoner by heart, and stood by London until he could no longer. And although he was a truly remarkable man, he was humble. He thought of himself like he was a simple minded man, even though he was not. It just goes to show, “even if you start from humble beginnings, you can succeed beyond your wildest dreams.”
