Why Is Enhancing Quality Important
While all of the enhancing qualities are important, I believe that consistency is at the top of the list. Consistency is important, because it ensures that the same methods are used. If each year a company uses different principles and methods, it can cause issues with other enhancing qualities. For an example, it would be harder to understand the information from year to year, because the same principles aren't followed each year. It would be extremely difficult to compare information from multiple years.

While timeliness is important, I believe it is the least important. I don't believe the amount of time required is of utmost importance if all of the other enhancing qualities are met. Many times, these processes can be rushed, which can
