Greek mythology has influenced the modern day world. As a result it has affected our modern day popular culture. Popular culture is an idealistic lifestyle and culture patterns that are accepted widespread within a population. Through today’s popular culture such as the Olympic games, advertisement, and movies it is evident that Greek mythology has impacted our society.

Pandora is a company that sales jewelry. In Greek mythology Pandora’s name means, “the gift of all”. She was the first girl created. She was lovely and sweet but also curious. She was given a box and was told not to open it. Her curiosity got the best of her and when she opened it all the evils in the world flew out, and the only thing that remained was hope.
