You have to wear this specific stuff or you can get in trouble and won’t be able to play until a uniform issue is fixed. …show more content…
A number of rules while playing soccer is outrageous and if you don’t follow them you will get an offense. There are two types of offenses. They are also called cards. The first offense is a yellow card. It’s lower than the second card, red. Red mean immediate disqualification. Two yellow means the same as a red. There are a lot of reasons you can be flagged. Some of which are unsporting behavior. Unsporting means unsportsmanlike. There is dissent by word or action and/or delaying the restart of the play. These rules are taken very seriously and you have to follow

These fats are often found in foods we enjoy to eat or that taste good. Fast food, deserts, and toppings that we place on foods are usually loaded in these types of foods. Better fats are monounsaturated fats and polyunsaturated fats. These are considered better fats due to the fact that they help reduce the risk of heart disease. Monounsaturated fats are fats that have double bonded carbon in their molecules and are usually liquid at room temperatures and become more solid when cooled or chilled. Polyunsaturated fats are fats that typically have more than one double bonded carbon in the molecule, and they are also liquid at room temperature but tend to become solid when chilled or cooled.…
