When I was a little kid, we came from Mexico to California, we had an aunt in California, she had her family in her home at the time we were there. My family of 6 slept in my aunt's garage in a bed for one person. That's how we lived at the time went by, but then my mom went to school for a bit to learn English. English she started cleaning houses,and the first year of her cleaning house we move out of my aunt's house and then we rented a house. AS the years went by and my mom was cleaning more houses, she was able to buy a house.
So I believe my mom is the example of the American dream.The American dream is what you can achieve and how better you become from where you started. Some people might say that the American dream is dead and their family are still in the same poverty Loophole as their grandparents. Put like their story of my mom, she push and push and look where she is, she has her own business, a big house and 10 cars. I know that people might say that racial inequality prevents you from moving up the poverty level, but in fact most of the people who moved of in life are immigrants. People from Europe and Mexico are now rich or are living the American dream. So that's the way we all should try to achieve the American dream and don't tell me the American dream is dead.
I read an article and this quote got my attention “We believe that what matters most is not narrow appeals masquerading as values, but the shared values that show the true face of America; not narrow values that divide us, but the shared values that unite us: family, faith, hard work, opportunity and responsibility for all, so that every child, every adult, every parent, every worker in America has an equal shot at living up to their God-given potential.
That is the American dream and the American value” by Senator John Kerry. In quote above is telling us that with a little effort you get out of poverty loophole, which is a depression of which the person can not get out of. In my opininon poverty loophole is just in your mind, because there has been some people who started from scratch and are now a multimillionaire, and what is funny is that they probably only started with a dollar or five. It only take a leap of faith to get out of the poverty loophole and even more even start a business for you and your
kids.

The American Dream is Alive and Well, its only takes you to know how are you going to get out of the poverty lope and make a difference in the future of you kids and freinds, its up to you on what you want to do, live in the same poverty loophole as your parents or change that and have your own buisness
