Why Malala Is A Hero

Have you ever been walking down the road and have to step over the dead corpses just laying in your way, well Malala has. She not only had to see cold non living people all around her ,she had to see public whippings and she has to follow many oppressive religious rules. Malala lived in a place called swat. Swat is a very beautiful place, or at least it was. Swat was taken over by a terrorist group called the Taliban. The Taliban would force the people of swat to follow the rules that they decided. They didn't allow girls go to school or have a career, girls/women were not allowed to leave the house without a male relative, and they had to follow the religion that the Taliban wanted them too. Malala was not okay with that, Malala is now hero because she stood up to the Taliban. This will describe the ways why Malala is a hero.
When Malala was only 15 years old her country was taken over by terrorists. She didn't know what to do or if there was anything that she could do. One day Malala had an idea; she could use her voice. She started a blog that described what was happening in swat. She caught the attention from people all around the world. She didn't use her real name at first on her blog, but she soon revealed it. Malala knew this was a very risky thing to do because now the Taliban knew who she was and they saw what she wrote about them. This was a very brave thing to do. They soon targeted her. Everyone was telling her that the Taliban had targeted her, and she didn't believe them at first. When she realized that they weren't lying was when the Taliban attacked
