By teaching all of the major world religions to a group as a whole, this presents a prime factor to prevent these kinds of incidents. Wertheimer was ridiculed and bullied because of the school teaching one religion to the students. If situations like this were common today, then it would be easier to comprehend why teachers want to shy away from religion. However, the more teachers shy away from teaching religion, the more these students become ignorant of others beliefs.
