artificial intelligence because they recall what was said in a play of his. Dr.
Tom Odhiambo, a man who researched this topic for years, writes "...writing class compositions on love, family feuds, sacrifice, etc; composing letters to girlfriends in pompous English picked from here and there in the pages of Romeo and Juliet." This quote shows how Shakespeare is used on a personal level for romance. Shakespeare wrote many different plays for the readers to relate to. He mainly is known for his plays on love. For example in "Romeo and Juliet", Shakespeare writes about how two people deeply in love with each other do anything to get with each other despite their families keeping them
separate. "I do not believe that a long-dead, British guy is the only writer who can teach my students about the human condition." Stated by Dana Dusbiber, a teacher who believes that students should not be taught Shakespeare. While this is true that Shakespeare is not the only writer that can teach students about the human life, some fail to realize that Shakespeare is superior at that. The opponents fail to consider that Shakespeare has the ability to write about human feelings in such a smooth way. For example, in the piece "As You Like it" Shakespeare states, "Thou speak'st wiser than thou art ware of". This means that a person may speak wiser than you may be aware of. This opposition claim doesn't negate the benefits that Shakespeare is superior at expressing human feelings. Some Teachers have the opportunity to teach whatever they please. Most teach Shakespeare although there's a small percentage that refuses to. In a sense, those that do not teach it are holding their students at a disadvantage because they can't tell others they have had the opportunity to read a Shakespeare play, they can't give themselves a higher level of status when they don't know one of his plays, and they won't learn about the many things Shakespeare has to offer about life.
