Why Should The Government Regulate Celibacy?
This community used to be one of the best. When I went outside I couldn’t help but notice the beautiful buildings with exquisite workmanship. The sidewalks and streets were so clean as if it was a portrait. The fragrances in the air reminded you of the way trees smelled after a beautiful rain storm or a fresh batch of cookies cooling off in the window seal . The flower’s aroma would dance around the air mixing with the smells of the local bakery and coffee shop down the street. The smells that filled the atmosphere could make any person be enriched with peace and joy. However; that was then, and this is now. The beautiful buildings have now been neglected, and have been covered in graffiti. This mistreatment decreased the communities charm, …show more content…
First, at the age of five years old the government will inject the boys and girls with a serum that will stun their hormones. This is a one time injection, to reverse this process, you must be of age and only the government can give you the reversal injection. After they finish the process of injecting the hormone reducer into our youth the second step is creating mandated birth control rods for boys and chastity belts for girls. After the age of five, young men every five years will have a check up and have their rods replaced to ensure accuracy. The young women at the age of five will be issued a chastity belt. The chastity belt will grow with them and adapt to their bodies so they will not need to have it replaced. Once again, for removal, the government is the only one who can take it out. The third step is signing a contract. Once the age of twenty five is met, you’re not able to have sex, yet. Not only will you have to be of age, but you will need to pass two intensive tests. The first being a parenting test. This test will have two parts, the first being a written section, the second part being a field test . The second test is a financing test. This proposal will fix our future generations by allowing the most dedicated and determined of citizens

    This street was the supposed commercial heart of Santo Domingo, host to an old local handicraft market selling handmade artesanias and atmospheric movie palaces, with architecture left over from the glory and opulence of the Trujillo age. A neighborhood stroll would make a fine introduction to the city; after all, in many ways local neighborhoods reveal the character of a destination more than the mainstream, downtown areas do. Upon parking our car and turning the corner unto Avenida Mella, I was immediately met with the sight of garbage, strewn all over the street in clumps of disorganized plastic bags. In an instant I understood that all that I had read in the tourist guidebooks about the area was a lie. As we walked forward I saw no resemblance or even hint of the old elegance or development that was once here. The signs of the old cinemas were crumbling, with the decorated letters on the signs missing or crumbled to the point of total unrecognition. Graffiti covered shabby metal barricades which protected stores never to be open for business. The grand mercado, the standout building of the area, seemed to be the only place of commercial activity in the area.     Today one of our most growing issues in America is teen pregnancy. Now a day’s media plays a huge role in a regular teenagers life. Television, magazines, and the Internet have been sending a message that sex is okay. Teenagers think that loosing their virginity before the age of 18 is “cool.” Many teens are put into situations where they feel they must have sex and don’t care about protection. Many teens that have sex without using protection can lead to pregnancy. Being a teenager and pregnant completely changes a teenagers life. First of all, many teens drop out of school so they can take care of the baby and work to support her baby. This causes a lack of education enabling the teenage mother to get a proper job to support her and her baby. Second, their are many health risks to babies of teen mothers. Thirdly, the teenage will grow up too fast and not have the proper childhood. Instead of being able to go and hang out with friends on a Friday night, they have to stay home and take care of their child. Not being able to live a proper childhood could cause depression for the teenage which is both bad for her and her child. In some cases teenagers make the smart decision of giving their child up for adoption, but other teenagers make the stupid choice of wanting to raise their child at such a young age. That is why I have come up with a solution to this horrible problem. My solution is that all boys should get a vasectomy at the age of 13. Before the vasectomy the doctor collects some of the boy’s sperm into a sperm bank for later use. After a man and women get married after the age of 21, they can go to the government to get a license that they are allowed to have kids. Both the husband and wife will go to their doctors with their license and passports, showing the doctor that they have the rights to have a child. The doctor will then take the sperm from the boy that was collected at the age of 13 and implant it into the women. This idea is a…
