Abraham Lincoln was the 16th president of the United States of America he was a very hard working individual from his early life, whenever he saw an opportunity he never hesitated in running towards it. He self educated himself, everything from being a lawyer and the arts of warfare. He never gave up on anything in his personal life as well as his presidential term. He was an excellent lawyer, successful politician and had a powerful influence on all his followers. None the less he played a very important part as being the president of the United states of America. His important work include the active part in the inception of Civil war and ending Civil War, abolition of slavery and initiation of various Acts to reconstruct the government. This remodeled the government and the nation from various process of the society. He introduced various Acts and amendment in the constitution. To make sure that the country doesnt go bankrupt Lincoln introduced the Revenue Act in 1862 which not only did the funding for the war but also became the first Act of income tax in the United States. To make the country academically strong he established the Morrill Act of 1862 making the possibility of state university system possible in the country. To make sure the agriculture department flourishes, he introduced the Homestead Act which ensured that the settlers get 160 acres of free land for agriculture and laid the foundation of Department of Agriculture. To make sure the international relationships were not agitated between US and Britain, Lincoln introduced the Trent Affair which was seizing the confederate shipments from the British, this greatly diverted another future war affair from the
