Why would someone want freedom from the British if they are still living? Many people don't like to be told what to do by others when the people by themselves could do what they want to. They would like to do what they think is best because no one knows the people as well as themselves. There are many that would want to control their own life because people could be more successful if they do what they enjoy doing in life. Having an education and getting your own career for that education could be a way to succeed in life than to have an organized life by a king, we should be independent because of freedom, more rights, and have their own government which could be to vote for their own president.

To begin with, everyone gets treated equal and have freedom to do what ever they want and get things which they would want that they wouldn't be able to have if they were controlled by a king.
