Why You Should Not Play Basketball
Have you ever felt you could not play basketball? Well now you can feel you can by doing the topics below. One topic is training, it is always good to be in good shape and have strength to be shooting threes. Training could be practicing shooting and passing to other teammates. Exercise would be skilled work like push ups, pull ups, and many more. Some exercises would be front squats, power lunge, chin up, and suicides.Training gives you strength and makes you a better player and get rebounds. Another topic is strength condition, you would always need to have strength to be strong. Some strengths you can do is flexibility, stretch out muscles, foam roller, and many more. What I mean by flexibility is that there are many muscles to be stretched
