On my first time reading the article, I lost focus that the goal of the article was to relate these methods to helping millennials. She does a poor job of integrating millennials into her argument into this section. When she does integrate the personal qualities of millennials, she does not make an effective argument for that particular principle. For example, in the Student-Faculty Contact subheading, Wilson (2004) argues how professors who interact with students out of classroom related activities have more of an impact on their students’ success (p. 60).
