Windshield Survey Reflection
In a community there are many challenges that arise for members of the community, and the community health nurse needs to be able to provide care in any setting. Based on the setting nurses can utilize various sources of information to arrive at the appropriate nursing diagnosis. This reflection will discuss the community detailed in the Wind Shield Survey and community nursing diagnosis that are appropriate for the community based on the nursing assessment. The focus will be on community health that is defined as identifying and meeting a collective need in the community, that differs from the surrounding communities(Stanhope&Lancaster,2012) According to the WHO community is a social group determined by geographic (Creekmur, 2013) another.
