Winston Churchill's Summary Of Going From Failure Without Loss Of Hope
Winston Churchill once said “success consists of going from failure to failure without loss of enthusiasm.” Winston Churchill had a very good point with this statement. Everyone loses and gets upset from time to time. One of the greatest life skills is to be positive even while you are losing. A big setback people have is giving up while they keep failing. Even while losing you need to think about the great outcome you can achieve. The best thing in life is to fail, because when you fail you learn what you are doing wrong and you can get better.

Never let failure stand in the way of happiness. Look on the bright side of what was accomplished, just like Benjamin Franklin once did. “It may be well my posterity should be informed that to this little artifice, with the blessing of God, their ancestor owed the constant felicity of his life, down to his seventy-ninth year in which this is written”…

The question of failure is, in fact, a success in itself. I frame my life knowing that every obstruction and challenge faced is just a lesson waiting to be learned. The circumstances that genuinely made me believe this philosophy happened when I began working at Chick-Fil-A. Starting my work at the offset of 16 I promised myself that I was going to prove to the management that I was going to progress to become one of the best. Throughout the years of working there I upheld my promise and worked my way up to become a Team Leader. The youngest Team leader ever to work at that Chick-Fil-A.…

“Far better is it to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checkered by failure... than to rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy nor suffer much, because they live in a gray twilight that knows not victory nor defeat.” In the words of Theodore Roosevelt, it is better to experience the sufferings and joys of life than to live without knowing both victory and defeat, it can relate to all of us, each and every one. Stating that all of life’s battles are checkered with many failures, and in order to triumph, we must first fail many, many times and get back up. It’s all part of being human after all, human beings make mistakes and fail time and time again nobody's perfect, but despite their own suffering they continue…

If we did not have optimism, we would wind up looking at temporary setbacks as unscalable, permanent obstacles. When we don’t have any hope, there is no reason to work hard, to push forward, and to try again. But instead, it is really easier to give up, to give in, and to make do with what is already there.…

    Martin Seligman Analysis

It is genuinely fascinating how prosperous individuals approach problems. Where others see impenetrable obstacles, they see problems to embrace and barriers to overcome. Their confidence in the face of hardship is steered by the ability to let go of the negative attitude that holds most individuals back. A research done by Martin Seligman at the University of Pennsylvania shows that success in life is driven by one key element, whether you have the belief that your failures are produced by your personal deficits beyond your control or that they are mistakes you can fix with effort. Success is not the only thing determined by your way of thinking. Seligman has found much greater rates of depression in people who attribute their failures to personal deficits. Positive thinking individuals fare better because they treat failure as a learning experience. They also believe they can do great in the future. Retaining the success mindset is not simple. There are things that specifically shatter it. These problems drag people down because they appear to be obstacles that cannot be overcome. However, this is not so for the successful ones as these problems never hold them back;…

Failure, when pertaining to human achievement is the act of not reaching success. Failure, though, in its own right is just an idea because as Winston Churchill once said, “ Success is not final, failure is not final; it is the courage to continue that counts.” This is a lesson I learned at the end of my freshman year of high school. Freshman year wasn’t my best year academically, athletically, or socially. I wasn’t specifically failing in any of those areas, but I released at the end of year how strikingly mundane I had been when I thought I should have been exceling. I beat myself up, considering anything less than my expectations a failure. I wanted to give up and not care. The weird thing is though, is that this mishap I had didn’t detour…

The former president of South Africa Nelson Mandela once said: “Do not judge me on my successes, judge me by how many times I fell down and got back up again.” He is verifying the many people of this world to live life with grit, and to understand everyone’s own failures turned successes. It’s good advice that everyone should follow. It’s also the main idea of the Jack London short story “To Build a Fire.” In the story an unnamed man needs (not wants) to make it to his friends.…

“Failure is the stepping stone for success” by Rooplen Prasad . It's almost impossible to go through life without experiencing some kind of failure. Failure is a part of life , everyone has experienced failure at some time or other. That is my point of view , because I had lots and lots and lots of failure in my life which make me really depressed but I find it that as long as I don’t give up as long as I got the urge and the heart to do it, I can do it. Just like having a dream to become a professional chef I know that there would be a lot of failures that I need to faced and challenges that I need to overcome so that it’s will lead me to a better future ahead.…

Success is to achieve something that we truly long for. “Sometimes failure is more beneficial than success.” Written by Darren Roberts. This is a very inspiring quote for all species of mankind. I agree rightfully with this quote as it states that even sometimes there are ups and downs, falls and disruptions in life, but those problems make us even stronger and prevent us from making the same mistake and make us more successful in life. Although, if losing things sometimes make us closer to something we want, we must make a go for it. As In Homers’, The Odyssey, and Nancy’s’, The House of The Scorpion, the main characters deal with personal loss and face many hardships, but finally reach to their own respected homes and families, safe and soundly.…

For some people it takes forever to figure out that failure is not always a bad thing, while at the time it may seem like the end of the world. “We are all potentially capable of any human act.” (Roth 39). Even the most successful of people have failed at something at least once in their lives. Maybe consider though, that failure was what brought them back up to the best, hardest working person that they could be and it did not take long for them to retrieve what they had lost and made it ten times better!…

Optimism is based on facts, it is also commonly thought of as being a rather trivial attribute. It is the ability to see the positive side of things rather than the negative. People who are optimistic thinkers are usually positive people because they approach life with the expectation that a happy outcome is both desirable and possible. Whereas with hopefulness it doesn’t appear that great, but we take the leap of faith to generate new visions based on possibilities that become contagious to encourage people to connect in scoundrel actions always against the possibilities and what you look forward to.…

In this world, we see losing as a failure, a disappointment. What most fail to understand is the value of losing and the way it can teach us more about ourselves and how we can improve. Losing helps us to understand and evaluate our weaknesses, and learn from them. From this, we can get better and try again. Donald Trump was quoted as saying, “Sometimes by losing a battle, you find a new way to win the war.”…
