Even though there are gender anti-discrimination laws enforces to discourage such attitudes, we still find women are frequently subjected to subtle discrimination in most firm and they still favour the advancement of men. In terms of promotion, women are still neglected despite their confidence and high performance. Self-confidence is the key to the success of any organisational firms however HR professional are more mindful about how women will be disproportionately lack in the higher positions. Despite women best qualification they are not getting promotion because of the male-oriented management ranks or business. However, they still experience discrimination and inequality in the workplace. Some site agrees about this issues and they also added, women were not only discriminate in promotion despite their performance. They are also judged by the looks, how they dress, age and some position for not being pretty enough.     Poland is a country that cultivates its tradition and keep its values.     This low statistics on female being in top position in the corporate world is one angle as to why nepotism may be considered when promoting woman. In the case of the prime minister using nepotism to promote his ex-wife shows that it had a positive impact on his organisation. The fact that she possess the qualifications coupled with her being assertive and confident allowed her to embrace such a promotion. They were little to no issues about her promotion and majority of people in that organisation accepted her. The same cannot be said about the promotion that was awarded to the woman who was under qualified for the job in the ministry of health and it should how it affected that organisation negatively. Whilst the woman possess some of the qualifications like the degree, they were two critical qualification missing, she wasn’t a registered pharmacist nor had the years of experience. The lack of those qualities would not allow the woman to execute her duties efficiently and effectively and most people in the organisation felt they were taking the organisation for mockery. The people reacted negatively to this promotion by demanding that she be removed from that post, they were willing to strike and protest to achieve that. Based on both scenarios using nepotism to consider people when promoting, one must first ensure they possess the right qualifications for the task in order to avoid negative reactions from other people in the organisation.
