The fact that she possess the qualifications coupled with her being assertive and confident allowed her to embrace such a promotion. They were little to no issues about her promotion and majority of people in that organisation accepted her. The same cannot be said about the promotion that was awarded to the woman who was under qualified for the job in the ministry of health and it should how it affected that organisation negatively. Whilst the woman possess some of the qualifications like the degree, they were two critical qualification missing, she wasn’t a registered pharmacist nor had the years of experience. The lack of those qualities would not allow the woman to execute her duties efficiently and effectively and most people in the organisation felt they were taking the organisation for mockery. The people reacted negatively to this promotion by demanding that she be removed from that post, they were willing to strike and protest to achieve that.
