Introduction

This document is a Job advert and it is advertising and offering a job to those who are unemployed. It is written is a formal way so everyone could read it easily, meaning it has no hard words and it also has paragraphs about three different things and they have expanded on it so it gives more information to those who want to apply.
They have explained what the job is about and they are not demanding a specific kind of person to employ in their restaurant they just want someone who’s got effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact is a must.

Advantages:
They have given information for those who want a job in Mc Donald’s because they have given a short introduction of what the job is about and they have also said what kind of employee they are after and there’s also a paragraph about what applicants will need to know how to do to apply for the job.
They’ve given the job location job so that people will know where they will be going to work and the employee type is there too which, is part time. Gives good information on the type of person they are attract the right type of applicants.

Disadvantages:
There is no working hours for applicants to know what hours they will start or finish work every day, there is no salary and no closing date just in case if they want to know if there’s still time for them to apply. There’s no real details of duties explanation of what a franchise is may confuse some people.

This document is a poster made Mc Donald’s to promote their new sandwich; they have made it easy enough to understand what it’s about so that everyone could understand; they are even offering a free big mac when people visit their website and also register.
