Hospitality industry Kuching only. d) Why? e) To investigate the relationship between the sources of work and family conflict and the different types of work and family conflict. f) To investigate the relationship between the different types of work-family conflict and the well-being of women in hospitality industry. g) To investigate the sources of work-family conflict, which has the most influence on the different types of work-family conflict. h) To investigate the type of work-family conflict, which has the most influence on the wellbeing of Kuching women in hospitality industry.

INTRODUCTION
The study examined work-family conflicts between women in hospitality industry Kuching. Today globalized era, the world economy had expanding speed of light from primitives’ generation into modernization generation with technology internet connection (Amman, Jordan January 2012). “Globalization has changed us into a company that searches the world, not just to sell or to source, but to find intellectual capital- the world’s best talents and greatest ideas”- Jack Welch. This mean we can get any resources anywhere with monetary involved or our own country nature resources, but today each of country be more focus on the services industry. The reasons, each of country had limited resources and had to pay high price compare to hospitality industry cost is lower. The hospitality industry is worth to study, as it is a second largest contributor in our county earnings towards national income and at the
