1- 1300’s, 1400’s- Urban poverty increased dramatically in Europe.
The problem is Urban Poverty in Europe. Urban poverty is the problem because that means that they are lacking human needs such as money, health care, food, water, clothing, sanitation, education, money, etc.
The effect is that in Europe, the urban poverty can mean living in a un-safe and not very healthy home. The effect of Urban poverty is, the people living in these unsafe homes, have no choice but to live in them because they don’t make much money due to urban poverty which means Europe does not make very much money off of these people.
The significance of urban poverty is that, people are struggling constantly everyday just to live. Some even try to escape the cycle of poverty and they get labeled as criminals when their intentions are good. Even some kids, grow up without a parent, or growing up in only one parent homes. And they can’t really afford nice things because of poverty.
