INTRODUCTION
Yahoo
Yahoo! was founded by Jerry Yang and David Filo in January 1994 and was incorporated on March 1, 1995. On January 13, 2009, Yahoo! appointed Carol Bartz, former executive chairperson of Autodesk, as its new chief executive officer and a member of the board of directors.
Google
Google Inc. is an American multinational public corporation invested in Internet search, cloud computing, and advertising technologies. Google hosts and develops a number of Internet-based services and products and generates profit primarily from advertising through its AdWords program. The company was founded by Larry Page and Sergey Brin, often dubbed the "Google Guys", while the two were attending Stanford University as Ph.D. candidates. It was first incorporated as a privately held company on September 4, 1998, and its initial public offering followed on August 19, 2004.

(a) Why are companies like Chrysler now looking more favourably at the Internet as a great medium for their advertising dollars? What has happening to change their view?
Internet or online advertising is well known as e-Marketing, web marketing and online marketing, is the marketing that for traders to publicize product and service online (Dhrub Raaj,2010). The internet or online advertising have some examples that can using for the purpose of delivering massages to attract customers, there are posting advertisements on the manufacturer’s web pages, sponsorship website such as Google and Yahoo, social networking domains such as Blogging or Face book, web banner advertisement, pop up advertisement, search engine results pages, rich media ads and many more ( Wikipedia) . In all past, all kinds of the commercial advertisement was provided from television and radios. However, now a day , because of the rapid development in computer technology, there are almost 1/3 of the America United States household having high speed internet connections (broadband), so there are almost 239,893,60

    Larry Page (Co-founder and CEO of Google Inc.) and Sergey Brim (Co-founder of Google Inc.) met in 1995 at Stanford University in Palo Alto California. Page was a 22 year old University of Michigan graduate considering the school and Sergey was tasked with showing him around. In 1996, Larry and Sergey now both computer science graduate students, begin their collaboration on a search engine originally given the name BackRub. The search engine operated on Stanford University Servers for over a year until it took up more bandwidth than the university’s likings. In 1997 the duo determined that the search engine needed a new name. After some collaboration they established the name Google. Google was a play on the word “googol”, which is a mathematical term represented by the number 1 proceeded by 100 zeros. In 1998, Sun Microsystems Co-founder Andy Bechtolsheim invested $100,000 into the non-existent enterprise Google Inc. Google filed for incorporation in California on September 4 of this same year.
