I like this part because it allows me to fresh my mind that is still sleeping. To do every sport, it needs a warn-up phase to wake up body to avoid the damage that cause from the exercise. The second phase is Work phase. I do not like this part. It may be because I watched a lot of pose online. In the class, we always do the similar poses over and over again. I do not like repeating. I understand that for a single class, we need to do the same pose to advance some parts of muscle. However, for different classes or different weeks, a different pose will motivate my interest. After a hundred of Down-Facing Dog, I am tired to do yoga. For the third phase, Final Relaxation. It is my favorite part because I did not need to do anything at that time. During the class, I do throw everything away to calm down and rethink about a lot of things. It provides me a space and time to deep thinking and relaxation. After the thinking, a lot of hard work are fixed in order and success. I learned a lot from this class, the breath, the poses, and the focus. I will continue to do yoga in the future.
