The Love of Education Foundation will pick twenty people who signed up first to get into the programs.
The programs we provide is GED, communication skills, leadership skills, and other workshop programs. GED is first for the participants should accomplish to go further into the program. The GED program would take them to about two months. After graduating, we take the participants into a workshop on what degree suits them to by taking different career test with their personality. Also, we offer to give them the chance to take some communication and leaderships skills and resume workshop. We want to give our participate into getting scholarships. They would need to volunteering in doing some community work of the choice that can pick from our list. It could be trash pickup, spending time in the nursing home, planting a garden, etc. Our goal for the participants to get one hundred and fifty of community service hours. The Foundation wants them to be serious about helping the community and teach them the importance of getting an
education. Our Foundation would want our participants to start a fundraising event to help raise money. We want them to know how to be leaders by starting a fundraiser. First, they will pick a what type of fundraiser would suits them as a group. Second, they would be break up into five groups of fours to have different responsibilities and rely on one another as a team player. For example, group one would pick the venue and the catering. Third, they would come together and hosts the events. Participants would use their skills which was taught from our programs to have a successful event to help raise money. Also, it can be great to use this as a format for them to have conversation with the guest to build up their communication which can the guest is disguise as their future employers. We want them to be leaders and show workmanship of how tough the world is.
