What makes a good parent according to Dr. Tanya Byron?
According to Dr. Tanya Bryon she states that being a good parent is one that doesn’t worry a lot about being a good one. She said that parents who follow a book or a step-by-step process tend to have problems. Parenting should be done by the heart not from someone or something else.
What are some of the common problems that children might have?
Sleeping, Toilet problems, eating problems, and sometimes catching temper tantrums.
Why is play important in the parent-child relationship?
Play is important in the parent-child relationship. Play can improve bonding development, emotional development, and social skills development, also communication. When you show good and confident attention towards the child, it builds a bond and sort of security.
Do you think you will be a good parent? Why or why not?
To be completely honest I will be a good parent but I don’t want to become a parent. Seeing what my relatives and my surroundings go through in order to be a parent is hard work and dedication. Although very challenging, doing this course and learning new things will improve my knowledge on parenting, so to answer this question I will be an outstanding parent.

Why did the men say that they were ready for children?
They started off enjoying life as a couple then moved another step to marriage. The men said that once they were married, they thought well since they are staying committed to the relationship, they can move a step up to commit to having a complete family.
What did the men have to learn as new fathers?
As new fathers the men learned that bathing a baby, holding the baby, feeding the baby, changing diapers, and etc. is not only a mother’s job but theirs also. They
