Introduction Case has introduces an international company who produces horticultural care tags and merchandising solution, it gives best solution foot the plastic care labels and solutions. Ludwig Schmidt is the owner and he establishes in 1949 as master products company. For now company is making a lie of plastic horticultural labels for some of the seed companies but for now comp may is suffering from some of the hurdles in the supply chain of the company. The first problem for the company is there is mismatch in between demand and supply of the producers and consumers of the company so for now scarcity and excessive production of the goods occurred sometimes. In order to solute this problem company has come up with the new idea and to match the demand and supply to make the beater and right condition of the demand and supply company here now has thought of the new approach which is scheduling set for a new supply chain management system by making affair and large batch which can be shipped directly to the growers instead of the seed companies so later, when grower results become available to everyone then another batch can be produces by using the information from the growers by finding out how many additional tags are needed. So that the second batch can be made growled and shipped to the growers. (Stevenson, 10th (2009))
Analyis of findings
Core issues
The revised approach will give the company a new look of looking at the problems and aso it will hep to solve them easily.the supply management of the seeds will lead the company to better outlok=ok the feature. Revised approach of tags when the growers are now able to make and order the different batch of tag as once when the plants will grow they will also have surplus in plants it is obvious that the process now has made them
