Introduction:- “A successful Talent Management integration strategy focuses on simplification and avoidance of redundancy.” Talent management is a complex collection of connected HR processes that delivers a simple fundamental benefit for any organization Today, many organizations are struggling with silos of HR processes and technologies. The future of talent management is embodied in solutions designed from the ground up to provide business-centric functionality on a unified talent management platform. Talent management is a name for a human resources program that applies to more than just computing hours and taking care of legal aspects of employment. Rather, talent management applies to the strategy of recruitment and retention, compensation and assessment and review. In some cases, talent management is a process handled over multiple departments. In other cases, it may be solely handled by human resources.
Definition of Talent Management:- “Talent management is the systematic attraction, identification, development, engagement/ retention and deployment of those individuals who are of particular value to an organization, either in view of their ‘high potential’ for the future or because they are fulfilling business/operation-critical roles.”
