A Slow City--Primary Sch Standard

A slow city In recent years,there is a general tendency for people to be rich and successful. Therefore , most people work hard every day. They never have a rest even on holiday. However I would make my hometown a slow city if I were the leader of my city. In my hometown, although more and more people are enjoying the fast beating life, still there are some people complain that they are too busy to relax. They have to get up very early and stay up with lots of work. If I had the authority to change that, I would reduce people’s work load. Workers will not be too exhausted after work. White-color people will not be so stressful. Students also don’t have to do much homework. Now the environment in our city are more and more terrible. People use cars very often . Therefore , it causes the air pollution. I will advise people to use their bicycles or take the buses. There should be more green areas and public parks. In addition, all the night bars should be closed to keep quiet at night. People mustn’t make any loud sound after 8:00 o’clock except on festivals. Today , even the neighbours don’t know each other. Hence , people become colder and colder. I hope the society should be harmonious. People ought to help each other , just like one family. Nevertheless ,for every plus there is a minus . If we live in a slow city, our life will be not as convenient as a modern city. There are no supermarket in order to be quiet. To deal with this issue, I want to build some facilities, such as hotel, big restaurant and supermarket which make a lot of noise in one nucleated palce.
