B. Thesis Statement: The Spiegel magazine reports that a new record has been reached, with 100 European cities supporting some type of bike-sharing program. Why are so far behind with this congenial form of inner city Transport? And if success is in number of adopters, bike sharing seems on its way to being a success story in Europe.

1. 1st Reason: The Advantage of bike sharing
a. Evidence: Most of all biking is a good form of sports, and it is economical, convenience and ecological.
b. Evidence: It can reduce the traffic congestions in the big City like Manila, doesn’t just benefit the inhabitants’ health and can reduce the smog, air and noise pollutions in the City.
2. 2nd Reason: The Disadvantage of bike sharing
a. Evidence: And there are also disadvantages of Bike- sharing in the Philippines, like the high risk of dangers of the Cyclists sharing the road with the Cars.
b. Evidence: Second disadvantage is the weather: biking is not recommended in rainy weather, or high temperatures.
3. 3rd Reason: Should we have a bike sharing in the Philippines?
a. Evidence: Yes, we should have a bike-sharing in the Philippines because first and most of all its health benefits for everybody.
b. Evidence: Doesn’t just benefit the inhabitants’ health and can reduce the smog, air and noise pollutions in the City.
