INTRODUCTION

Information Technology created various ways to help human works easier and comfortable. Some tools and applications are introduced and created by Information Technology.
Computer works so much different than humans. Computers have a better ability for multitasking while human needs to finish first on what they are doing before working for the other one. At the present time, IT takes big part and contribution in the world of business. It helps us to work in a short period of time and have accurate and satisfiable outcomes. Computer technologies generally work with different types of features because it helps us a lot in terms of services.
Currently, some of the business moved into automated or computer based systems because its intention is to give easy and comfortable way of working with a short period of time every day. This application is present even in the field of criminology and the admirable example of this is the Barangay Blotter Record System.

Project Context
The proposed project entitled Barangay Blotter Record System is a management system that takes an action with monitoring the blotter record, searching of blotter record, making of blotter record and the listing of the blotter record.
The main problem in the manual blotter record system is that all the negotiations are taking a lot of time. And another problem is the manual searching and listing of the blotter records.
The automated blotter record system can make authentic monitoring of blotter records, it provides an easy and comfortable way of listing of records, it gives the authorized personnel the opportunity to search faster and easier and helps the user to make reports easily. These automated blotter record systems can respond to the needs of the barangay personnel and the other user.

Purpose and Description The proponents analyze the results in system evaluation to enhance and apply the suggestions of the respondents to the proposed system. Purpose.
