Modern social technology is threatening to dominate our lives and make us less human. As media has developed, human frantically use modern technology to communicate with each other. Under the illusion of perfect connections between people, it indirectly isolates and leads to less socially comfortable human interaction. However, social media such as facebook, and twitter actually brings out various benefits by sharing commonality of human nature through convenient access of modern technology. In another perspective, the essential nature of social media and technology connects people more closer, not isolating from real community. As a tool for communication, social media can also organize a distinct community. For those who cannot find people with commonality can use media to make human connection. They can open up entirely new worlds through modern social technology. Getting involved in groups can delivers composure to one’s mental health. Furthermore, they can carry their interaction into face-to-face relationship. Rather than isolation, the sense of relaxation will be conveyed for using the benefits of social media.
