dryusliza@ya hoo.com.my The Rationale for Inclusion of the Course in the Program
Unlike many business courses that teach participants how to manage money, information, and other material resources, ADW 613 Management and Organizational Behavior is a unique and invaluable course in that participants will learn how to manage their own performance and career by learning how to work with and through other people. This is a course designed to expose participants in the MBA and Online MBA programs to essential theories and concepts for analyzing, understanding, and managing human behavior in organizations. In this course, concrete organizational situations from case studies are applied to essential theories and effective management practices. In this class, participants will learn how to thrive at work by managing their relationships. Not only will they investigate human factors that influence organizational performance, but also organizational factors that influence individual and group behavior.
