Unlike many business courses that teach participants how to manage money, information, and other material resources, ADW 613 Management and Organizational Behavior is a unique and invaluable course in that participants will learn how to manage their own performance and career by learning how to work with and through other people. In this course, concrete organizational situations from case studies are applied to essential theories and effective management practices. In this class, participants will learn how to thrive at work by managing their relationships.
