(1) Self – Esteem. Some pupils have very high self – esteem. But we cannot say that that all of them have such. There are also pupils who are very shy that they do not believe in their self that much. Pupils with high self – esteem tend to like activities involving group and plays. Pupils with low self – esteem tends to like activities involving single or distinct accomplishment.
(2) Cognitive Development Admit it or not, our pupils differ in terms of cognitive development. This may then require the teacher to be more creative in doing instructional materials and giving activities that really suited them. Teachers then should give different activities because one might get bored and one might be hard up. It is not bad to group them also but make sure that you will give equal attention so that no group will be left behind.
(3) Economic Situation Economic differences are seen causing differences in the children's interests, tendencies and character, and many more. Those pupils who have enough allowance in going to school tend to behave more than those pupils who do not have allowance. Also, pupils who ate breakfast before going to school listens to the teacher more than those who did not eat their breakfast.
(4) Differences Relating of Learning In respect of learning, children manifest such differences as past experience and learning, ability in the use of various kinds of apparatus, rate of learning, interest in learning, etc. These will
