(VTM = Very Terrible Management)
Abstract
This paper will be about my experience at V.T. Milcom, which is the company that I am currently employed at as a Supply Specialist 2.
I shall be describing how there is no leadership skills per say used at V.T. Milcom. What I will also do is best describe the management type that I feel would be best for this company. I have worked there for four years for multiple supervisors and have learned one thing and one thing only. If you are not in the clique for the particular area (i.e. department, sub-department, warehouse or group) that you are currently assigned to you will get the lower end, less skilled job (no matter your skill level), or if they need your skill level at a particular location you will get sent to the area in which no one else wants to work (hottest/coldest warehouse, dirtiest area) working with people no one else in the location wants to work with. That being said the work is not the toughest nor is it the fastest pace place I have been employed, and the pay is within the average pay for your particular position in the Department of Defense contractor work in the Charleston, South Carolina area. But excluding all of its faults, my paychecks have never been late and I have yet to be laid off, which lay-offs are not uncommon in the DoD world.

My so-called rise in the company
I have worked there for four years and all four years I have had “supply specialist 2” as my official title. Titles do not mean much at Milcom. In those four years I have
