All three empires fell because of foreign invaders attacking the civilizations- the Huns destroyed the Roman Empire and Gupta Empire
Population declines led to fewer people that could be a part of the army weakening the country’s defense against outside invasions.
Gupta Empire
The Indian government lost some support as the Islamic religion began to take hold in south western India
Han Dynasty
Like Rome political problems caused the decline.
The Confucian way of thinking became less popular and the central government’s control diminished – Daoism took hold and revolutions started
2. Buddhism spread through china japan and Korea when the Han Dynasty fell because people liked the idea of an afterlife. Different sections of Buddhism had different customs and this turned it into more of a religion than a way of life. Another religion was Christianity. It spread westward towards India and China. The Last religion was Islam.
3. It called for one GOD as compared to the Roman’s many gods.
4. It split into a few different segments that differed in the amount it was considered a religion.

6. The Native Americans created many inventions that helped them such as the calendar and corn that was bigger than a strawberry. The Olmecs started off pretty low but as time passed they advanced to be equal to some of the other empires around the world.
7. African civilizations rose greatly with the find of gold and other resources. People moved new the deposits of gold to try and get them for themselves.
8. Many of the civilization stressed some sort of a religious belief and principles that all people should live by such as Confucianism in China or Hinduism in India.
