Second are the vegetables‚ next are the fruits. Next is the milk‚ after meats and beans. Last but not least are fats‚ oils and meats. That completes the health pyramid! Finding the balances in food is important. Keep calories no more than recommended. Active 30 minutes at least‚ and 60 minutes of being active to not gaining weight.
