I am a part of a mentoring organization for SEBS EOF. There are approximately 15 mentors. Each mentor has 1 mentee (who is a freshman or sophomore). The mentor and mentee must meet approximately 2-3 times per month‚ and communicate at least once a week. Our goal is to serve as a resource for these mentees. We would provide them with any advice they may need (ranging from academic to personal). A relationship of trust must be maintained between the mentee and mentor. All the information is confidential
