Although confused health and well-being have two very different definitions. Health can be defined by two perspectives, the negative and the positive. The negative perspective of health isn’t specifically looking at health in a negative way it more so looks at health as being free from illness, tiredness and upset for example; all the things that are related to being unwell. Whereas the positive perspective of health is when you look at how to actively stay clear from illness, this can be through taking up a sport or eating healthier. This is in correlation to well-being which is defined as “the state of feeling healthy and happy” .
