3.1.3: Work Behavior’s:
Behaviors during work may also create problems for group performance. It includes the following:
• Inappropriate of Poor attitude of employees during work.
• Lack of hostility and cooperation.
• Lack of tacking responsibilities. “ Passing the buck”.
• Fails to follow the instructions.
3.1.4: Resistance for change:
• Certain changes in policies may lead problems in group performance.
• Employee’s resistance over policies, work procedures and working methods may lead a problem for group performance.
• Unskilled and stereotype methods of working may lead problems in adaption of new technologies.
3.1.5: Interpersonal Relations:
• Personal relationship may also affect the group performance.
• Aggressive and Passive attitudes

Resistance for Change:
Since the evolution of this world, changes are ever accepted. Changes and acceptance of changes are ever appreciated. Bella has to make some structural changes in her organization to be successful in future. Task # 4.
Bella recognized that conflict was an inevitable result of her pushing the marketing team too much. Evaluate the types of conflict management techniques that are valuable for conflict resolution.
4.1. What is conflict? What are conflict management Techniques?
“Conflict” word meaning are “battle, Fight, War, Clash”. It is included the organizational differences in opinion and thoughts. Simply stated, it is a situation when interest, needs, goals and values of individuals are interfere with one another in an organization is called a ‘conflict”. Conflict may arise due to changes in difference of opinion and difference of thoughts. Conflict is not a bad thing, but its impacts if not resolved may be bad. However, it may lead to make positive changes in organization.
Following are some techniques used to resolve conflicts in organization. Bella have to use the conflict management techniques for her organization:
• Coercing / Forcing.
• Collaborating. ( Win- Win)

• It has required more concentration as compared to any other method for conflict management.
• It is very difficult to implement in crucial and short span of time.

4.1.3. Compromising:
It means such a solution which is acceptable to any party of conflict. Compromising includes such a solution for conflict which is mutually acceptable for parties.
Advantages:
• May resolve a conflict rapidly.
• Temporary solutions may also be found for any conflict.
• Can decrease the level of conflict and stress among the parties.
Disadvantages:
• May arise a situation where none of the parties are agreed.
• Cannot build trust among parties.
4.1.4. Withdrawing:
Withdrawing also known as avoiding. It mean’s when an individual’s point of view is not taking in view to resolve the conflict. In this situation, opponents or concerned are not pursued for conflict management.
Advantages:
• In case of forcing any opponent may lead to withdraw or postpone the response until the favorable situation may arise.
• It is short smart approach in case of short conflicts.
• Can give approach to focus over important and urgent
