“Conflict” word meaning are “battle, Fight, War, Clash”. It is included the organizational differences in opinion and thoughts. Simply stated, it is a situation when interest, needs, goals and values of individuals are interfere with one another in an organization is called a ‘conflict”. Conflict may arise due to changes in difference of opinion and difference of thoughts. Conflict is not a bad thing, but its impacts if not resolved may be bad. Disadvantages:
• May arise a situation where none of the parties are agreed.
• Cannot build trust among parties.

Withdrawing also known as avoiding. It mean’s when an individual’s point of view is not taking in view to resolve the conflict. In this situation, opponents or concerned are not pursued for conflict management.
Advantages:
• In case of forcing any opponent may lead to withdraw or postpone the response until the favorable situation may arise.
• It is short smart approach in case of short conflicts.
